泰式酸辣蝦 Tom Yum Kung

材料:蝦、檸檬汁、辣椒、香菜梗、蒜末、白醋、魚露、糖

蝦6隻 - 6 large prawns 泰式檸葉7片 - 7 kaffir lime leaves 小辣椒7條 - 7 Thai red chillis 香茅3條 - 3 stalks of lemongrass 青檸1個 - 1 lime 南薑80克 - 80g of galangal 草菇5個 - 5 straw mushrooms 小番茄8個 - 8 cherry tomatoes 芫荽適量 - bunch of coriander 魚露3湯匙 - 3tbsp of fish sauce 椰奶60毫升 - 60ml of coconut milk (optional) 泰式辣醬2湯匙 - 2tbsp of Nam Prik Pow (Thai chilli paste) 水5杯 - 5 cups of water
